PROJECT: The project involves participation in the PRINT4ALL trade fair, including the rental and setup of a 48 sqm exhibition area. The work includes the involvement of internal staff in designing the exhibition space and staffing the booth during the fair, as well as indirect costs related to setup, dismantling, meals, and travel for staff. In parallel with the exhibition, an informational workshop on EPC technology will be held for potential client visitors and exhibitors at the fair, along with communication activities aimed at promoting awareness of the participation.
OBJECTIVE: Participation in the PRINT4ALL fair aims to showcase EPC as a supplier of systems supporting the core business activities of the flexible packaging sector. Additionally, we have the internal goal of generating new contacts capable of supporting new design contracts. Lastly, as EPC is the owner of a technology currently in the patenting phase, the purpose is also to present this technology to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of its use in production facilities.
EXPECTED RESULTS: An EPC technology workshop will be conducted by internal staff for an audience of over 500 participants. Promotional activities will take place at the fair and through digital environments during the fair and in the preceding period. We expect to gather at least 50 new contacts and secure 2 project contracts.
